Wrt the steering wheel and tail lights: such original parts are very difficult to source and expensive when in good condition.
I would appreciate a pic to see what is their current condition to put them back on the car.
Also, if you already used one of these transport companies in the past, could you please provide me with their usual conditions (at the time) to make my mind?
Or give me a link to standard conditions of what they handle and are responsible/liable for, especially in terms of payment transfers (I can't see such info on the quote you provided)...

Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas, à nouveau, l'Escrow est largement utilisé pour les arnaques.
Je ne sais pas exactement à quel stade on se fait arnaquer (dans la fabrication d'un faux site d'Escrow, dans de fausses preuves de réception, ou autre), mais à ne pas utiliser si on n'est pas certain à 110% de l'autre partie.

Et maintenant ça presse vraiment fort pour m'hameçonner, obtenir au moins mes coordonnées pour faire un "enregistrement" et "faire rouler la balle"

If you find another interested buyer and if you can conclude the deal at your requested price in the meantime, do it, it's fair (I was prepared to that from the beginning, reread my first emails).
But not sure that many people will embark in such a deal during the confinement and offer the same price without bargaining.

Le mec est quand même bon car crédible si on passe les incohérences des photos bien sur. Mais son discours est propre, sans faute...
À noter que le principe de l escrow est en théorie (avec un escrow de confiance) une super solution. Le chèque de banque est un truc franco-belge, peu pratiqué ailleurs il semble. Je m étais d ailleurs trouvé dans ce cas pour ma 3200 du sud de l Italie (oulala) . Ben j avais initié le virement de 95% avant de prendre l avion après avoir lu le tome 1 des geminis stories. Pas chiant comme acheteur cette solution n est valable que si tu d'te dis à 100% qu il y a bien une voiture à l arrivée. Et comme les virements mettent 2jours, ton vendeur est aussi rassuré quand tu repars.. L escrow sécurise des 2 côtés.

Blague à part heureusement que t es pas tombé dans le panneau. La fin est effectivement nette : un vrai vendeur te dis tu viens et bien sur tu ne repars pas tant que je ne suis pas sur d être payé et pour ça il y a plein de moyens.
